6. THE BUYING CONTRACT - PROCEDURE

The information contained on this website is not a proposal for the preparation of a sales contract, but a simple invitation to you to submit a purchase proposal for a product / products. No contract is concluded between us before we accept your order. If your order is not accepted and a charge has already been made, we will refund you in full any amounts charged. Once you place your order and after declaring all the required information for sending and paying for your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to their acceptance by us, which we will confirm by sending you an e-mail confirming that your order is ready to be shipped. The contract of purchase and sale of a product is concluded only when we send you the Order Confirmation. Any products of the same order, which are not included in the "Order Confirmation", are not part of this Agreement. We do not undertake to supply you with any other products that may be part of your order, before the start of shipping of these products is confirmed by a separate Order Confirmation. Please note that when you place an order with payment via CASH ON DELIVERY in order for your order to be processed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number you gave us, to confirm the order and that your details are genuine. If the customer does not respond, he receives a message (sms) and / or e-mail from us to contact us himself. If even then there is no communication, unfortunately for security reasons because there has been no confirmation that everything is real, the shipment of the order is NOT made and canceled. To avoid inconvenience and delay please check before completing your order, that the phone number you stated is the correct one.

Also in order to avoid any delay, please use an active and registered e-mail address (e-mail) as well as a valid phone number available so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items are available if "in stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can be purchased by another customer if you have not completed your order. You will be notified as soon as you try to proceed to the "COMPLETION OF PURCHASES". If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please contact us at the above contact details to find out if more quantities of this item are expected or if you can place an order.

8. YOUR RIGHT TO REFUND

Refunds will be made as soon as possible (in any case, within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal). We will always refund your money to the account you indicate to us. Your right to withdraw from the Agreement applies only to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them and after you have informed us. You should also include all documents, instructions, labels with product indications and their packaging. A product that has been damaged or is not in the same condition as you received it or that is worn, other than the opening of its packaging, or is soiled, will not be returned. Please show reasonable care as long as the products are in your possession.

9. DELIVERY - SHIPPING COSTS

Subject to availability (see Term 7 above), we will make every effort to execute your order for the products included in the Order Confirmation by the date of delivery specified in this Confirmation, or if no expected delivery date has been set, within 30 days at maximum from the next day on which we received your Order. Delivery is via Courier Service performed by ACS COURIER. The expected delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipment starts. Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday until 14:00. If you place an order after this time, your order will be processed the next business day. Expected delivery times are indicative (1-5 days) and start from the shipping time. Shipping time may vary by factors beyond our control, such as: Credit card verification and / or payment authorization, products to be produced to your measure, Emergency, or Delivery Area. In case of non-delivery on the delivery date, we will inform you. The cost for shipments up to the amount of € 70.00 is € 3.00 + € 2.00 cash on delivery if available. For orders over € 49.00, shipping is free, and in case of cash on delivery, it is charged with € 2.00.

10. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time and therefore we can not make the delivery, a representative of the Courier will leave you a note with his contact details as proof of arrival of your package. Also, the Courier Customer Service Department will contact you in order to jointly set the time, date and place for the delivery of the package.

11. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Every product is insured from the moment it leaves our premises until the moment of delivery. "Delivery / Receipt" will be considered to take place upon signing the receipt of the products at the agreed address. If you have designated a third recipient for delivery / receipt (as in the case of gifts), the signature of this person (s) will be considered proof of receipt. The risk for the Products passes to you from the time of delivery / receipt. Please check that the package has not been damaged before signing the carrier's receipt. If a package never reaches its final destination due to technical difficulties, such as if it is lost, then we will refund your money in full. Ownership of the products falls to you, either upon receipt or when we pay in full (product price and shipping costs), whichever comes last.

12. PRICE AND VALUE ADDED TAX

Despite our best efforts to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we find an error in a price we have stated, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible giving you the option to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, your order will be considered canceled and we will refund the full amount of money you may have paid. Please note that the prices on our website include VAT but shipping costs are added to the total amount due, as shown in our Shipping and Delivery Guide.

13. METHODS OF PAYMENT - PROCEDURE

We accept the following payment methods: (1). Cash on Delivery (2). Deposit to our account at partner banks (Piraeus) and (3). Payment by debit card .. Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy and these are added to your cart, proceed to "Completion" and payment, as described in term 6 above.

14. RETURNS AND CHANGES

If you want a refund or product change is made within 14 days of delivery / receipt.

Please do the following:

Send an e-mail and state your order number and state that you want a refund or change of products and with whom you want to exchange them. We will then contact you for details on returning your order. For any product that has been damaged, or has not been returned in the same condition in which you received it or that has been worn / used other than damage due to the simple opening of the package, no change will be made. There is the possibility to change or return a product in our physical store - IROON 65 Xanthi.

Return of defective products: In case you consider that the product is damaged or defective, you can contact us by phone at 2541022018 or by e-mail knowing the details of the product and its defect then we will ask you to send us if it is this possible photo of the product that is defective and finally we will examine it and contact you. Please return the product to us at our address and let us know if you want a replacement or refund. We will fully review the product you returned and will notify you by email of the replacement or refund. We will always refund your money to the account you indicate to us. Nothing in these Terms encroaches on your rights as consumers by law.

15.RESPONSIBILITY

As an authorized online distributor by all the designers we display on our website, we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Our liability for any item you purchase through our network is limited to the purchase price of this product and we have no liability for indirect damages that cannot reasonably be predicted. This term does not affect your rights as consumers by law, nor your right of withdrawal. While we make every effort to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, true and complete, errors may occur. Especially, as each consumer's computers may be different, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the color display of our products. In addition, we are not responsible for any information or advice you receive from the websites to which we refer.

16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

According to the applicable law (Greek and European legislation), some information or communications must be made in writing or by some other fixed means. By using our website, you agree that this electronic means of communication is a statutory means, within the meaning of the law.

17. POWERFUL VIOLENCE

We bear no responsibility or liability for non-fulfillment or delay in fulfilling our obligations for reasons beyond our control ("Force Majeure").

18. NO RESIGNATION OF RIGHTS

In the event of breach of any of your obligations if we do not take action, we will retain all our right to exercise any assistance and you will not be released from the obligation to comply with your obligations.

19. CHANGES - AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms. You are bound by the Policy and Terms that apply at the time you use our website or order products from us, unless a change is required by law or principle (in which case the change will apply to your previous orders). 20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and the Contracts for the purchase of products through our website are governed and interpreted by the Greek law that follows the European Legislation. Any dispute that arises or is related to these Terms and these Contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Xanthi, in Greece.
